How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your delivery location and the quantity of swimwear items in your order. To view your exact shipping charges, simply add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed in your order total.
Order fulfillment and delivery timeframes consist of two phases:
- Processing time: Order validation, customization, quality inspection, and packaging. All swimwear orders are dispatched within 3 – 5 Business Days from order placement. Certain orders may require additional time (4 – 6 days) due to extended quality control, specialized packaging, or handling requirements.
- Transit time refers to the duration required for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your address.

Order Confirmation:
Upon order validation, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once payment is processed, order fulfillment begins. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of purchase.
*Delivery estimates begin from the order date and may extend beyond expected timeframes due to address verification issues, customs procedures, or other external factors.
Package Tracking:
All customers receive tracking information via email for every order. You can also monitor your package status directly on our website.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Packages are held at the nearest postal facility to your delivery address for pickup when delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
Please contact your local postal service to arrange pickup or request a redelivery attempt.
P.O. Box Deliveries:
Certain shipping carriers have restrictions regarding P.O. Box deliveries. We recommend checking with your preferred carrier regarding their P.O. Box policies.
Shipping Best Practices:
- Please use standard, internationally recognized fonts for all address and contact details. Avoid decorative or unusual typography.
- For business deliveries, include company information in the “Company” field and add “ATTN:” followed by the recipient’s name.
All international shipments are subject to customs review by the destination country’s border authority. After clearing regulatory requirements, packages are transferred to local delivery services. Final delivery timing varies based on the product type and destination distance.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages as some swimwear items have different production timelines.
